Describe what you need
Explain the product or type of goods and how it will be used. A reference link, photograph or drawing can help. Tell us whether you want an existing product, a modification or help developing a concept; list the main details that must not change.
Give a useful quantity estimate
Use a quantity or range with a unit, such as pieces, cartons or systems. An estimate is enough to begin the conversation. Mention whether this is a sample request, one project or a potential repeat order, without treating future quantities as a commitment.
Leave an email for the reply
Email is required in the inquiry form. Phone or WhatsApp details are optional; include the country code if you add a number. You can also use the direct contact links. Share the contact route that suits your team and mention any useful time-zone information.
Add destination and timing if known
Include the destination country and target date. Explain whether the date relates to sample review, goods leaving the supplier or arrival at your location. If details are undecided, say so; they can be clarified during the scope discussion.
Share references and your current stage
Mention available specifications, supplier quotes, drawings or photographs. Say whether you already have suppliers or goods in production. For confidential information, agree access and a suitable sharing channel before sending sensitive files.
Name the next decision you need to make
For example: shortlist suppliers, compare quotations, review a sample or arrange collection. We review the brief, clarify missing information and discuss scope and costs before work begins. An inquiry does not commit you to an order.
