Production & order follow-up

Keep production milestones, open issues and release decisions organized across your suppliers. Add quality checks or shipping coordination when your project needs them.

Discuss order support

Make progress and open issues visible

Agree the production milestones and update requirements with your suppliers. We coordinate follow-up, record reported progress and clarify the next action and responsible party. Depending on scope, a working update may include milestone status, supporting photographs and an issue list for your team to review.

Agree checks before goods are released

Define the inspection scope and acceptance criteria for the exact goods. Suitable inspection partners carry out the agreed checks; specialist testing is arranged separately when needed.

  • Compare goods with the approved specification or sample.
  • Review findings, photographs and agreed corrective actions.
  • Identify who decides whether to accept, rework, recheck or hold the goods.

Prepare packaging and dispatch records

Confirm the approved packaging before collection. Protective packing, branding and shipment dimensions need to be considered together. Where included in the scope, we coordinate packing checks and collect records for your release decision.

  • Confirm box size, materials, inserts, artwork and any packaging sample.
  • Check quantities, labels, carton marks and visible carton condition.
  • Collect packing lists, carton counts, dimensions and weights.
  • Agree pallet needs, collection readiness and who authorizes dispatch.

Compare a defined shipping arrangement

Review air, sea or consolidation options with logistics partners based on your goods, destination and timing. Confirm the quoted route, documents, cost basis and responsibility at each handoff before dispatch. Tracking and delivery issues are followed through the agreed service scope; a quoted transit estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Use support with your existing suppliers

You can request shipping support on its own, or add production follow-up, inspection coordination and consolidation. Tell us what your team and suppliers already handle. A clear division of responsibilities avoids gaps between factory readiness, collection, packing, transport and final delivery.

Confirm scope before committing

Supplier charges, our coordination fee and logistics costs remain separate. Agree who purchases and pays, provides documents, checks technical suitability and approves release. Rework, additional inspections, storage or revised shipping arrangements may require a separate decision and quote when they fall outside the agreed work.

Share the current stage and next decision

For order support, send suppliers, products, quantity, current stage and open issues. For shipping, add collection locations, packing details, destination and target date. Include your email and tell us what decision you need help reaching first.
