Start with a comparable brief
Start with the product’s intended use, fixed requirements and quantity. We clarify the brief and agree what information is needed to assess potential suppliers before approaching suitable partners in China.
- Record the product, intended use, quantity, destination and target date.
- Identify the supplier’s stated role, relevant product experience and ability to meet the brief.
- Separate supplier-provided information, evidence checked within the agreed scope and items still unconfirmed. Record the source, date and scope of each check.
See what each offer includes
A lower unit price can reflect a different material, specification or delivery scope. We organize supplier responses around the same brief so your team can see the differences and decide which questions require follow-up.
- Specifications: materials, dimensions, finish, function and included components.
- Commercial terms: quantity, sample and tooling costs, lead time and payment milestones.
- Delivery scope: packaging, inspection, freight and other stated inclusions or exclusions.
Review the evidence and choose a next step
Agree the outputs your team needs: a supplier shortlist, comparable quotations and an open-question record. Link each recommendation to the information available and the checks still needed. Use the illustrative record below for each supplier; it is a working template, not a completed review or a promise that every search finds a suitable option.
- Choose an option to investigate or sample, request further evidence, revise the brief or hold.
- Record the next action, responsible person and buyer approval before a commitment.

Agree costs and responsibilities
Product costs, our coordination fee and logistics are shown separately. The written scope should identify included outputs, the fee basis, approval stages and exclusions. Confirm sample, tooling and testing charges before those tasks begin. Agree who contracts with and pays each provider. Changes beyond scope need a cost and timing review before approval; supplier documents alone do not verify performance or suitability.
Send what you already have
Start with a description or product link, estimated quantity and your email. Add the destination, target date and any existing quotations. Tell us your main concern, such as specification differences, supplier choice or packaging cost. Mention confidential drawings first so we can agree an appropriate sharing channel.
